Covid-19 (Coronavirus)-Confirmation of Provision at The Chalet School

The Government guidance continues to change. The latest guidance is that primary schools can start to re-open from June 1st   for specific year groups. Special schools are exempt from this guidance. Our school has always remained partially open to provide care for children of key workers, the most vulnerable who need some access to school and more recently, families that require respite.

From 1st June we will continue to prioritise the above groups of pupils alongside planning for a phased, gradual expansion of pupil intake for those families who believe it is now safe for their child to have some access to school again. The safety of the whole school community will remain at the center of all decisions taken by the school and more information can be found by clicking on the link to read the Headteacher’s latest letter dated 28th June 2020.

The school office will remain open 8am - 1pm on any working day if you wish to discuss any changes in your situation.

Thank you for your continued support in these difficult times.

Stay Safe, Stay Alert.

PLEASE READ - Please be aware that there are many fraudulent emails/scams being sent pretending to be from schools offering refunds for school trips or offering payments for those families on free school meals. Please do not reply to these emails and do not email any personal information, such as bank details, to anyone. If you are unsure about a telephone call, text or email claiming to be from school, please check with the school office first.
